The Mashco Piro uncontacted tribe are still living a nomadic Stone Age existence so far removed from modern civilization that they don't even know water freezes or boils, yet they can kill a person with a bamboo-tipped arrow shot from extreme range before the victim even realizes they've been hit.
Paul Rosolie explains that the Mashco Piro are so technologically isolated that a Peruvian anthropologist told him they don't even have stones, don't know water freezes, and yet can silently kill someone with a giant bamboo arrow at 40+ meters.

Paul Rosolie: They don't have the moral system that we have or understand... they're truly wild... they don't know that water freezes, because they've never seen it. They don't know that water boils, because they don't even make clay pots. They just have their bamboo and their string.
