So as an example, creating taxation services or passport applications

12:39in multiple dialects, right? And automating that, from a citizen services perspective. It can be national defense, right? So how do I actually implement under certain geopolitical climate conditions, certain contingencies, right? And using AI and HPC to actually simulate and develop those strategies. It can be in the context of AI economic empowerment. we've helped many, different countries to actually build an ecosystem of AI startup companies that then get access to a system

13:06based on a vetting process, and then they get help and support with talent development to get to a minimal viable product. And from there they can actually, potentially get routes to market, through introduction. and that's something that, Telus as an example, is aspiring in all those contexts, right? So they're driving economic empowerment, citizen services, all kinds of different programs, right? And that's creating overall growth, in the ecosystem.

13:29So that's a great example of a traditional telecommunications company that diversified into GP as a service, and now they're moving into much higher up in the stack and becoming the sovereign provider as well.
