Even on a single team, every developer ends up with their own individual AI workflow, and the industry hasn't figured out how to collaborate on those workflows together — like sharing skill files — the way real multiplayer software engineering requires.

9:12there is some really interesting work being done in that space. What does team work look like in this world of AI agents? I think that's the biggest question because a lot of devs have even on one individual one big team every dev is going to have their own workflow and they haven't necessarily figured out how to collaborate on that like how to share skill files or workflows and um like

9:38personally like I even though I'm on the syntax team I'm still kind of a solo dev in the sense that I'm working on on a lot of side projects and all the workflows that I've created are just for me and my ability to like write code and review it but at I haven't even thought about how that works on a team and I think that's going to that's going to be

9:55the answer moving forward be I mean I I feel like it is I feel like there will be some people that say oh we don't need teams going forward and I did see some tweets from maybe they were rage [snorts] baiting but I saw tweets from people that were like like we don't need managers anymore just hire a few devs and that's all you need or one or two

10:11devs and that's all you need but I mean like real software is built by multiple engineers collaborating and like that's We're still not there in terms of how we work with agents.
